DaranEner Portable Power Station

I took my NEO2000 out camping. It worked well using it with my solar system in coordination with my camper DC power system, and something went wrong with the DC part of the system, the rest still worked. I sent the error code and had a RMA return label before we got home. Replacement device arrived in less than a week. Great customer service. The only thing I could ask for is more charging options, but all aspects of the system worked well for me charging devices, running my cpap, lights, fridge, etc.

Works well powering up a router in my car without needing to turn off the router constantly when turning off the car engine on a 10 hour trip which was a good test of its use case. I was able to keep the router running to share internet on a hotspot for tablets used by the kids. The unit charges well using the provided car adapter. It is absolutely quiet, no fan.

I've dabbled with smaller power stations and solar generators but not quite at this level. I'm using this to offset peak time of usage in my house, backup power, UPS, and a much cheaper alternative to a Powerwall for my use case. I'll save around $.80/day with this. It'll pay for itself in a little over two years and will save me potentially thousands in electricity in the future. I'm putting a fairly consistent load of around 350 watts which easily lasts through the peak hours and it charges extremely quickly in under two hours once prices drop at night. It's actually a lot quieter than my much smaller power station which is very impressive considering the size and power it handles.

It would be amazing to use later on in an off-grid camper van that could easily power everything all day if set up correctly.

The AC output is nice and clean. DC measures 13.2 volts. It charges fast when plugged in. Quiet at moderate load. Light is nice and bright. Batteries seem to measure up to their rating, although I have not fully drained mine. Comes with a good selection of cables. Feels ruggedly built.

One strange thing, which has been reported to the manufacturer. The AC power drops out for one second every hour, right at the hour mark. It turns off and turns back on. Wait another hour, and it does it again. Accurate to a couple seconds. No idea what is causing this.

High quality power station the LifPo4 helps me to be assured safety is important and longevity. However my only grip about it is the charger heats up and gives me mixed feelings

In the last 2 years, we have already dealt with one or the other power station in the range of 1500 watts — 2000 watts and have already decided on Daranener as the provider in addition to Bluetti. In addition to two 2000 watt stations and one 300 watt for small end users, we have finally reinforced ourselves with a 1500 watt variant. A 1000 watt station purchased two years ago from a less well-known manufacturer has since had to leave us with a faulty storage system...

In combination with our solar panels, we are now not only fairly self-sufficient on the road, but also generate free electricity in our home garden at almost every opportunity.

As already known from Daranener, the workmanship of the Power Station is exceptionally good. Thanks to the two sturdy side handles, you can easily move the part, which now weighs “only” 18 kg. The predecessors had all weighed over 20 kg or even 25 kg, so fortunately, a bit of something has been done here in terms of compactness!

A nice feature of the new power station is the LiFePO4 battery, which has many advantages over the competition on the market: long cycle times (between 3000-5000), more safety, environmentally friendly, lower weight, no memory effect, even faster charging, high discharge rate. That speaks for itself to a certain extent with the device!

The power station is equipped with a total of 3 x 230V AC ports with 1800W (pure sine wave =, a mandatory car socket, 2 Type-C ports, 2 USB-A and last but not least 4 DC 5521 connections.

The power station can both be charged and charged in parallel, which is particularly beneficial for long-term users. You can also let the dispenser with cooling or the music system run over it without bothering yourself.
At the very beginning, we tried out a 30° wash cycle, which went through without any problems. After completion, the station still had around 18 percent remaining charge.

A little tip: If possible, the charge should never fall below 3%, otherwise the power stations (for all brands) will no longer work completely reliably when operating “energy-hungry” devices and, in the worst case, can even be damaged!

There is also no need to worry about surge damage, as the display shows when the device requires more than the permitted 1800 watts peak load and then switches off.

The power station has all common certifications and can be connected to all common solar ports via an adapter connection.

What should not be missing, of course, is the emergency lighting on the back of the case, which is also mandatory.

To start up, the Power Station is activated by pressing the button to the right of the AC outlets for 2-3 seconds. What also stood out positively here was the new fan, which was even quieter compared to the other stations, even if several devices “sucked” at the station at the same time!

We are absolutely satisfied so far and hope that this will provide longevity and storage continuity!

Since we have already made our home reasonably crisis-proof, the only thing missing was a large energy storage unit. After some extensive research, I came across the brand DaRenener and opted for the Neo1500 Pro.

The power station weighs 20 kg and is therefore heavy, but still reasonably portable. It comes with all kinds of accessories such as various cables and operating instructions. After unpacking, I was pleasantly surprised, as I've only bought a <200 € power station for camping so far and this one is of a different caliber. It looks very high-quality and you immediately notice that you have bought an expensive and high-quality product.

The station has countless ports in the form of 3x normal sockets, 4x USB-A, 2x USB-C, 1x car socket and 4x DC, each of which has real power (USB-C, for example, has up to 100 W). The power station is charged via AC input or via a connection for solar modules. Charging via solar panels only works from 33 volts, so you should be careful if you have a single small foldable module like this, that might not be enough.

We use the power station as a multi-energy storage device for home and also for holidays. On the one hand, as a backup for power outages at home. Since our house has a base load of just under 150 watts, we could use it to run it all night. We are also considering buying a balcony power station and using it to charge the power station during the day so that we can use energy at night. On the other hand, we now also use the power station for camping.

Here, you absolutely no longer have to worry about how much power you still have, as you almost always have enough.

I'm once again impressed by the performance of the smaller version of DaRanener, as this is already my second power station of them. Although the manufacturer is not as well known as the big brands on the market, it offers absolutely good technology at a cheap price.

We bought a balcony/garage roof power plant a few months ago.

To make the most of it and really get the most out of it, we have decided to finally invest in a large power station.

In addition to power, as a small, petite woman, it was important to me what the stadium was worth. Here at 20 kg, you still have a decent weight, but that is still lightweight. However, they are very easy to transport thanks to the beautiful ergonomic shape and handles.

The user manual is good and the station is almost self-explanatory because you also have a lot of connections.

Various cables for charging are also included. So we wouldn't have to buy anything extra.

And it is precisely this fast charging that fascinates me time and time again. A little more than an hour and it is already full when it is plugged in. Just great.

I have one of their smaller one and had to order this one when it came available.
This unit charges super fast with the A/C plug or a solar panel. I have a 200w panel and it's almost as fast as the wall charger. Has plenty of power to run a fan/fans or light/lights for several hours. This unit is hard to beat, especially for the price.
One thing I really like about this product is the customer service, it's been first rate.

It is a very nice and compact unit.
It has 299Wh using LiFePO4 battery which is a lot safer and has way a lot more charging cycles than the NMC batteries, this one of the reasons I bought this unit.
It has 600W pure sine wave inverter.
It comes with AC power, car adapter cord, and Solar charging cables.
I tested that battery capacity using AC load, it comes out to be about 250Wh which is about 84% of the 299Wh battery capacity, this is about typical capacity you will get from power station due to inverter efficiency and system loss.
The Solar/DC input has 5525 port, 10 ~ 24 Vdc 10A, 150W max.
The UPS modes works pretty fast, I do not see my laptop drops out during switching test.

The bad thing I do not like:
1) It has only one AC outlet.
2) The display is really lagging due to not much information being displayed such as power input/output, you can't tell how much power you are putting in or drawing from the unit.
3) It uses a 5525 connector for DC input for charging, it should use XT60 connector instead which typical for small power stations.
4) It does not have a PD port for input/output.
5) It does not have wireless charging for cell phones.
6) It has fixed handle on top so the top is not flat.

At $299 is not a really bad price for Power Station with LiFePO4, I like the unit but I really hate the display.
it will come in handy this summer when we have rolling black out here in California.

BTW, I can extend the run time using 1my SOK 100Ah 12V LiFePO4 battery and the boost converter to feed this unit to extend the run time.

Note: the unit shipped with Hibernation mode on, so if if you have small load <20W, such as CPAP machine or small fridge, the unit will go into hibernation mode so there will be no output after 15 minutes, you can turn hibernation mode off per instruction in the user manual.

DURANENER NEO-300 Pro Hibernation mode ON - OFF instruction:

Turn on the DC output.
Press the LED power switch and the AC power switch at the same time, the AC icon should flash 9 times to indicate that the Hibernation mode is off, to turn Hibernation mode back on, repeat the same procedures and you will see the AC icon flashes 3 times.
Notes: in Hibernation mode, if it detects <200mA (<20W load) of current draws it will go into hibernation mode after 15 minutes. The inverter draws about 7W in standby mode ( inverter on but no AC load).

I owned multiple battery backup battery. So far this battery power station are the best one I've owned. Best features for this power station were the UPS. working as intended

It works as advertised, the only thing that needs improvement is the AC charging rate should be adjustable, 1400W of charging is too high if you need to use small generator to recharge the battery, or if you have it plugged into the AC outlet then you have to make sure that there are no other large loads connected to the same circuit.
The DC minimum input also needs to be changed to lower Voltage than 33V so it will be more compatible with many solar panels out there.
I am really happy with my purchase.

Been using this to power my full entertainment system during peak expensive hours from grid power. It's quiet and recharges quick. Going to get some solar panels so I'm off grid

The unit is top-notch. The build is rock-solid. Charges faster than claimed. Customer service is good. control panel could be more intuitive and instructions are not especially clear. It would be nice to have car charging without an adapter. Minor complaints. You simply can't get a LiFEPO4 unit for this price -- with a 5 year warranty. Very pleased.
